Input and output filenames need not be accompanied by their respective option names, INAME and ONAME. When the option names are not specified, the precompiler assumes that the first filename specified on the command line is the input filename and that the second filename is the output filename. During precompilation, an Oracle Precompiler generates host language code that replaces the SQL statements embedded in your host program. The generated code includes data structures that contain the datatype, length, and address of each host variable, and other information required by the Oracle run time library, SQLLIB. The generated code also contains the calls to SQLLIB routines that perform the embedded SQL operations. The generated code also includes calls to the SQLLIB routines that perform embedded SQL operations. Note that the precompiler does not generate calls to Oracle Call Interface (OCI) routines. The precompiler does not generate calls to Oracle Call Interface (OCI) routines. The precompiler can issue warnings and error messages. These messages have the prefix PCC , and are described in Oracle Database Error Messages. You can abbreviate the names of options if the abbreviation is unambiguous. For example, you cannot use the abbreviation MAX because it might stand for MAXLITERAL or MAXOPENCURSORS. A handy reference to the precompiler options is available online. To see the online display, enter the precompiler command with no arguments at your operating system prompt. The display gives the name, syntax, default value, and purpose of each option. The built in precompiler default value for this option is 10. However, if MAXOPENCURSORS=32 is specified in the system configuration file, the default becomes 32. The user configuration file could set it to yet another value, which then overrides the system configuration value. Then, if this option is set on the command line, the new command line value takes precedence. Finally, an inline specification takes precedence over all preceding defaults. For more information, refer to ". the complete option set, along with current values, is displayed on your terminal. In this case, the values are those built into the precompiler, overridden by any values in the system configuration file. Values in the user configuration file supply missing values, and they supersede values built into the precompiler or values specified in the system configuration file. You can also determine the current value of a single option by simply specifying the option name followed by "=?" as inA configuration file is a text file that contains precompiler options. Each record (line) in the file contains one option, with its associated value or values. For example, a configuration file might contain the lines to set defaults for the FIPS and MODE options. There is a single system configuration file for each system. The name of the system configuration file is precompiler specific and is shown in Table 6 2. Table 6 2 System The location of the file is operating system specific. On most UNIX systems, the ProCOBOL configuration file is usually located in the $ORACLE_HOME/procob directory, and the ProFORTRAN equivalent is in the $ORACLE_HOME/profor directory, where $ORACLE_HOME is the environment variable for the database software..

Air Jordan 2 Dark Concord,Sasktel has no provisions in place or protocols in place to help current WBBI Internet users switch to a service of equal or greater speeds and quality. Let me start by saying I have been a loyal customer of Sasktel for over 5 years now. i pay over 200$ a month in cell, home phone,Internet and extras every month. Want to know how I learned about WBBI getting discontinued?I didn't receive a call, a notice, NOTHING. To put me in the xplornet service the costs are as follows. i pay 60$ a month for wbbi and that system runs flawlessly for me, its not the fastest at 2.0Mbps but its reliable, great latency for gaming and very few issues over the years. that means to put me in a comparable service with xplornet I need to get essential or advantage packages. on a per month its pretty close at 54.99 and 59.99 and the ADVERTISED speeds are close, i say advertised because xplornet is widely known to NOT give you those UP TO speeds often and that's not even considering the 1000+latency sat systems can have. OK now what about those contract charges? OH MY GOD, so to have no contract i need to shell out 549$?? even a 2year is still costing more then my WBBI equipment did by 100$. So the contract terms and cost got me thinking more so my next question for the sasktel rep I was talking to was this: So i decide to switch to xplornet, i fork out 349$ and sign a 2year contract since it gets my start up costs closest to my wbbi costs, 6 months later sasktel finishes some upgrades and a new Internet service hits my area from sasktel that's faster, better, and directly from sasktel not some well known to be a BAD company like xplornet. Can i switch? well not without a HUGE cost because I'm locked into a contract with xplornet so I end up having 2 Internet connections if i want to enjoy the new service. Why are they even shutting down the WBBI if its not to improve the service available to those customers? answer? from the sasktel rep "only reason to stop providing a service is because its not profitable" Well you have only yourself to blame for that sasktel. In my town I know MANY people who cant get WBBI here because the tower is located 14km's away and is just slightly out of LOS due to the geography. If they would have invested and brought a repeater somewhere closer they could have pulled in MANY more customers for the service here but instead they did nothing and guess what! a small ISP from Alberta came into town and provided service to those people, locked them into contracts and you wont see those people come to you now because YOU didn't try to bring service here. OH and they have Voip too so I'm sure your losing local phone customers too with this. I guess it all boils down to greed, why provide service to a small town when you make millions more off the big 9 right? OH and to put some salt in my wound as if it isn't a slap to the face enough. they wouldn't even admit what it was till I told them I KNEW it was because i talked to the installers when it was getting done. EDIT: adding some info to this post as i uncover it So aparently theres some offer going out to WBBI customers for xplornet, I havent seen the letter so if any WBBI customer who has could remove their personal info from the letter and post it here for me plz? would like to see what this offer is. New info from Induystry Canada, they are the ones who sell and distribute the freq sprectrums that WBBI used. Well according to Industry Canada regina office, sasktel has known of the lose of the spectrum for 3 years now and didnt do anything IMO to have options for WBBI customers available. Sasktel with the WBBI system has had a few outages in our area, but they were most common when they first set up the system. Recently the outages were for a hour or two for system maintenance. YourLink in our area has reception issues due to not having a close enough tower, one is quite a distance away, the other has a hill blocking the signal. With a high power anntenna one of our neighbours has been getting what they feel is a good service now from them. I have yet to get over to check the signal strength or bandwidth but hope to do so in the next week or so. With the WBBI system going down in December I suspect the towers will be overloaded with the customers trying to get on. I have asked YourLink about adding a tower in this area, and they say they are looking into it. Xplornet, we had a system installed at work to try the system out. Our experience with it so far is not promising, you do get the advertised download speeds. I have checked it with various speed checkers, and at least with JD's auto speed test is confirms downloads in the 4.5 to 5.3 Mbps speed, 230 250 kbps up. But, thats when the tests work, various times it would not work at all. We were informed that the system would be up and down when they were adding new customers to the service. Apparently every activation, deactivation or system maintenace requires the system to be restarted. I have yet to try VNC, but suspect it won't work. Teamveiwer is not happy and its a similar service. We also use a file service with autosyncing between us and a company in Saskatoon, it crashed and locked up a testing computer because of the latency, min of 747ms to a high of 949ms. Windows XP computers seemed to be the happiest on the service, Vista, Seven and macintosh have hangups due to the latency, they expect a faster response. After about 22 hours on the system we went back to the WBBI (we left it connected) and will try again another day to make it work. Yes the data caps will be a major thing to for us, home or work its going to get really expensive. posted September 1, 2012 by Todd Ector Permalink I don't believe there is any mismanagement involved here, if you go to the Industry Canada web site and search for Sasktel internet you will see at least some of the communication between them and Industry Canada. Sasktel was committed to the WBBI service and was planning to expand it further, eventually using it to replace as least some of the copper lines that are wearing out in the rural and northern areas. It would have be used to replace the telephone lines to the communities, and switching back to copper at the local levels. YourLink also was not happy about the changes, their comments are also on the Industry Canada web site. YourLink has an advantage here though, their parent company supplies and builds the equipment used not only for YourLink, but also the equipment for the WBBI network. Their cost to change over would be much lower, and it could be Sasktel may have wanted to update but they might not been able to get the equipment in time to do so.

(AP) Since becoming the league MVP two seasons ago, Shaun Alexander has missed games with the first injury of his football life. A broken foot caused him to miss six games and play hurt through three others last season. Now, he is playing with a cast on his left wrist. Alexander has run for 89 yards per game with 11 touchdowns in 12 regular season and two postseason games since leading the Seattle Seahawks into the Super Bowl 19 months ago. During the 2005 season, he averaged 117.5 yards while setting the NFL touchdown record of 28. Late in last Sunday's game, he got fooled that a fake audible by Matt Hasselbeck was real, causing the running back and quarterback to botch a handoff. Arizona converted the fumble into the winning score. And last month he turned 30, an age after which many running backs slow down. Yet it appears Seattle will become completely decaffeinated before anyone loses faith in Alexander. Or even so much as admits his career has changed since he became the MVP. "I don't think that has had anything to do with anything," coach Mike Holmgren said with a fiery look, as if offended. "He got the award. He deserved the award. To me he is the same guy. "He came into camp this year really in good shape. . He has practiced well. Shaun will be fine. At the end of the year he is going to have a fine year." Even Bengals coach Marvin Lewis thinks Alexander is still very much a premier threat. "He's a guy who is as fine a running back as there still is in the NFL," Lewis said. "He played last week with a little padding and wrap on his hand. There were people who felt, 'Well, he wasn't the same.' Well, I don't know, he still makes a lot of free defenders miss in the hole, and that's what a good back wants to do." Some of the evidence and the testimony haven't jibed recently. Alexander was stopped twice on third and 1 this season, before breaking for a 16 yard touchdown on fourth and 1 last week against the Cardinals. He was stopped just once in 20 carries on third and 1 or third and 2 during the 2005 season. His first eight carries last week netted 10 yards. His first 12 carries against Tampa Bay in the opener gained 39 yards before he finished with 105 as Seattle rallied to win 20 6. "For my own self, think a little bit too excited early in games, and trying to do too much. Then we get to halftime, 'OK, Shaun. Calm down,' " Alexander said Thursday. "When you get it taken away from you for so long, like I had last year and never having that happen before you're just excited to be out there and you want to go out there and do great things, even more than I did before." The loss to Arizona was Seattle's fourth consecutive inside the NFC West after a run of 10 wins there for the three time defending division champions. Since the '05 season, Alexander has rushed 3.2 yards per attempt, more than a full yard below his career average entering this season. Seattle has gone 1 4 in those games. Pro Bowl left guard Steve Hutchinson bolted for Minnesota in free agency before last season. The Seahawks are on their third replacement, second year man Rob Sims. Former Pro Bowl center Robbie Tobeck retired, yielding to Chris Spencer, a third year veteran. Walter Jones, the perennial Pro Bowl left tackle, played all last season hurt and then had offseason shoulder surgery. "Those boys play hard, and they are starting to jell," Alexander said of his remade line. "If they can get the running back to play well, then we'll be OK." Then there was the instant celebrity status Alexander got from the MVP award and the Super Bowl last year. "It, of course, is a whirlwind. I did the whole Madden (video game) cover, the big Nike shoe commercials. And with all that, the MVP circuit, and signing the big contract. All that happened within a month," said Alexander, who welcomed the birth of his third daughter this past March. "My life was whirling around. By the time we got to last year, Seattle, as a family, we were all excited to be in the situation but didn't know how to handle it. "I set goals for myself, and each time they are a little higher. And then I look at myself in the mirror and I say 'How in the world am I going to accomplish those?' . That's how I look at this season. I think we are off to an OK start running the ball, and there's definitely things we can do better. And I think we'll be there." Now, the native of Florence, Ky., gets to face the team he was watching while growing up. The Bengals allowed Cleveland's Jamal Lewis, supposedly on the downside of his career, 216 yards rushing last week in a 51 45 loss. "Jamal did really, really, really too good," he said, chuckling. "Now they will probably fix all the things that were broken. Now, I am going to have my hands full. Air Jordan 2 Dark Concord Skechers USA Inc. (NYSE:SKX) is one of the largest branded footwear retailers in the United States. It recently hit a 52 week low, driving its P/E to a low of 6 as compared to competitors that trade at multiples of 17 30x. SKX has been profitable in all but two quarters in the last five years, has shown strong growth in the last year both top and bottom line and has cash of $5/share with very little debt. Despite this, SKX short interest has grown nearly 25% in the last month, analysts are downgrading the company and insiders are selling. What gives? Whenever there is disagreement between the perceived direction the company is moving and the direction the company is trading, it is important to dive deeper into the company financial statements to find the cause. Sometimes, Mr. CEO resignation), in which case the value investor may decide now is a great time to buy. However, this isn always the case, and there is little success found in blindly being a contrarian. SKX P/E is low, but it is low not just as a result of a declining numerator, but because of a historically and temporarily high denominator. SKX TTM earnings are 2.6x higher than their three year average, as a result of the introduction of its pioneering shoes, which have a rounded bottom that has led the company to make controversial health claims. These shoes are selling extremely well, but due to the effects of competition, sales are slowing as new entrants in this category have begun flooding the market with their own toners. This has led to a significant number of order cancellations in the last quarter, resulting in a build up in inventory. As a value investor, we know that the company long term track record is a more useful gauge for setting expectations about future performance than a short term spike. If we use SKX three year average earnings, we see that the company is trading at a much more reasonable (for the industry) P/E of 16. Still slightly below its competitors' range, but not providing a margin of safety. On both a NAV and EPV analysis, SKX is accurately priced (or, ever so slightly overpriced). An investment in SKX would amount to a speculative bet on the company ability to confound expectations based on its historical track record and thwart its competitor efforts to enter the toner market. Currently, all evidence points to the contrary.
