Hi, this is Travis Corpening, basketball trainer and founder of Shaper: E. Movement. I want to teach you how to do a backwards slam dunk. For this, you will need a basketball, basketball shoes, and a basketball court. One thing you want to do is first of all if you can't dunk you want to work on plyometrics. You want to work on being able using resistance, you want to work on being able to jump higher and higher. You could also do calf raises which is one of my favorites. Or, you can simply use weights and do squats in preparation, getting your legs a little stronger so that you can jump higher, so that you can actually put the ball down. Now, once you are at that level, then you are ready to take it to the next one. You are ready to try a backwards slam dunk. Now, when you are approaching the basket doing a backwards slam dunk, you want to approach the basket at an angle. At an angle. If you are left handed, you want to jump with your right leg. And when you take off, you want to raise that opposite leg so that it gives you enough power to get up in the air. And then once you get it in the air, immediately clutch the ball and focus on where the basket is. And just concentrate on putting the ball down. Getting it over the rim and putting it down. Once you get to that level, then you can start working on trying to put it down a little harder. Maybe doing a little, a little more flashy, flashy dunk. But first of all you want to try to concentrate on putting the ball down. And getting better at actually doing that. So, going back over it, you want to put your foot down, strong foot down. Jack that other leg up, focus on where the rim is. Keep it in your sight even when you can't see it, keep it in your mind's eye. Keep it in sight, and bring the ball down in the basket. You want full extension until you get to the point where you don't, where you can do other things in the air. Full extension with your arms. And bring the ball down. This is Travis Corpening, and that's how to do a backwards dunk. LO isn't really walking yet, but she stands and cruises, and I feel I should probably get her used to wearing socks and shoes. Socks at home last about 10 mins or until she discovers she is wearing them. When we go out I put socks and shoes on her,but depending on the shoe, she can take them off while in the car. We bought cute little boots, but they are either too big, or I didn't put them on right because her foot was pointed not flat. At home we let him go barefoot. My peds always recommended letting them walk barefoot as much as possible at this stage. He'd just slip on the hardwood floors or take off his socks anyway (my friend had her four month old baby at our house the other day and the first thing he did was take off that babies socks even lol). We got flexible soled shoes for when he has to walk when we go out because it's easier for them to feel their footing that way and be steadier on their feet. If you can't get stride rite go get lo fitted there. A lot if times babies have wide feet and without measurement it makes them feel like they need a bigger size when what they really need is a wider shoe in that size. It's not easy to size a babies foot if you aren't used to it. They curl or point their toes and it makes it hard to get the shoes on right. If you get the right fit it should be harder for LO to take them off. My dd has been walking for 3 months and is beginning to try to run. Indoors, no shoes but I recently bought some knee socks, she attempts to get them off but it's too tough so after a short while she gives up. Luckily, she loves her shoes (stride rites) and doesn't bother them when she's playing outside. I also put shoes on when we go anywhere in the car, just a little insurance that her feet are going to stay warm, it's unlikely she would get both shoes and both socks off before falling asleep!! Nike Air Foamposite Pro,Jeans has always been an easy fashion statement for women to make. With so many styles to choose from there are virtually a pair for every body size and style that is needed. These days it seems that a new skinny jean is all the rage. With designers putting out a pair and marketing them toward the must have fashion. Whether you pick a skinny jean or a different pair, there are lots of new styles to choose from. There are many different jean types that are in style. There is the flare style that is tight around the hips and thighs and opens up just past the knee. It then opens up at the bottom and allows for a pair of shoes to sit comfortably underneath. There is also the straight cut jean, which has a high waste line and then runs straight down the leg. The skinny jean, is a pair of jeans that hugs your legs right from the waste to the ankle. They can also be three different waste lengths; you can find them in low rise, mid rise and high rise. You can find them with zippers, buttons and in many different shades. Today most popular ones are in shades of blue and black. Levi makes a few top selling jeans for women. They have the skinny boot, which fits close and feels comfortable. It is also in a low rise and opens up at the bottom for a boot cut style. This type of product is recommended for both casual and dress up attire. Levi also makes a low skinny jean. It fits low on the hips and has a slim and stylish look. And it fits most body types. The low straight Leah is a jean made by Levi that fits comfortably and sits low. It is cut straight and fits close to the body. Flare jeans Ink is another one made by Levi that is a sexy jean with a close fitting cut. Under the knee it becomes baggy and covers the boot or shoe nicely. It also hugs curves and provides the skinny jean look that is well sought after. Guess makes a sharp looking jean called the Guess Britney Skinny. This one fits like a pair of tights, as it is tight right from the waste and down to the ankle. It provides a new kind of fabric that is a knit style. This jean is a low rise type, where it fits right under the hip and allows for any curves to show. Guess also makes a jean called the Guess Starlet jean. It is also in low rise and offers a slim fitting fit. The legs have back pockets with a pattern in them and this jean has a mariposa wash look. Silver jeans make a jean called the Silver Toni. It is a mid rise and has a slim backside to it. With a nice boot cut, it offers curves in all the right places while fitting over the boot in a stylish way. To find a pair of jeans that you absolutely love, it is best to try on different pairs until one feels just right. They should not only help you look great they should also feel snug and comfortable. The beauty of jeans is that they can be worn in a casual way and in a dressed up style.

I a 4.5 and I feel your pain. Their customer service is amazing, but they are located in Australia, so the hours are a bit wonky when calling from the US. But you can design your own shoes! So cool! If you are looking for something a little more plain jane and don want to have to pay almost $200 for something like that, I believe Naya starts at a size 4 and they run a little snug, IMO. Also, just plain inserts work wonders, especially for lower heels. I have to shop in stores where they sort by size, but 4.5 is the lowest I seen, and those are scarce. Cinderellas of Boston is a good choice too, I never found anything that fit my style personally, but they definitely have a decent selection. close this windowyou'll need to or register to do thatcreate a new accountall it takes is a username and password. Nike Air Foamposite Pro Getting your boyfriend to propose might be the hardest part to getting married for most women. However, it's not soon afterwards, when they are trying to turn their dreams into reality, that they realise the hardest part is still to come. With so much to do and so little time, it's best to get a checklist and start planning your wedding as soon as you've got the engagement ring. The first thing is to set a date for your wedding. Once you have a date, you have a goal. Then comprise a list of guests. This will give you an indication of what type of venues, and ceremony, you can organise. The next step is to set a financial range and budget, as well as work out who is going to pay for what. Family and finances can sometimes get a bit tricky, so it's best to find out if it's just you and your fianc paying, or if parents are going to contribute. If they are, then find out what and how much they are willing to do so. You don't want finances to became a big downer on the occasion, and it's best that you sort this part out as soon as possible. Most women have dreamt about their wedding from a young age and chances are you probably know exactly what you want. However, you might have to compromise a few things for the budget, or because your fianc has a few suggestions of his own. Write and formalise the type of wedding theme you want, so that everyone is on the same page. Do research in venues and try to go to a wedding convention to get some ideas of what is out there. Now that you know your budget, number of people you are going to host and what you want, you can ask the venue's owner the right questions as to whether he or she can accommodate you or not. Although you might want to organise the whole wedding yourself, think about getting an event co ordinator in, even if it just for the actual day. The last thing you want is to be concerned about little things on your wedding day. Consider whether you want children or not at the wedding, as this will have an influence on your guest list. This might also influence the time of wedding, as children might get tired and restless if the wedding goes on till late in the evening. The first part of planning is mostly to do with doing research into everything from quotations on flower decorations to finding a photographer. Six to nine months before the wedding, you can finally start booking and arranging everything. By now, you should know what type of dress you want and start with fitting sessions if you are getting it made. You can start discussing menus with your caterer and choose flowers with your florist. At four months, you can start sending invitations out and start your wedding gift register. It is recommended that you have the pair of shoes you want to wear at the wedding and start breaking them in. A lot of brides who wear new shoes on the day start having feet problems half way through the reception. If you have any guests from out of town, then start finding out if they need help finding accommodation. Now is also the time to organise a rehearsal dinner for your wedding. At two months, you should have gotten your RSVPs back and have a finalised guest list. From this point on, you should just be finalising your plans. Make the last arrangements for the cake, including the topper. Check the flower order and make sure you have all your papers for the marriage license. At about a month beforehand, you can sort out your hairstyle for the wedding and start making appointments for your make up, hair, nails and any other beauty touch ups. Shop for the last couple of items, such as a guest book, and ring pillow. In the last week, sort out the details with your co ordinator for the day and pick up tickets and travellers checks for your honeymoon. Your wedding dress and attire should be finished now. Make sure that everything fits on everybody, from flower girls to the groom.
